Relaxin' In My Nook

I am a firm believer that every woman should have her own nook. Of course used for whatever reason she wishes. I so happened to be reading this morning in my nook.

I love this old quilt. It's falling apart but it still looks charming.
Tea always tastes better in vintage Melmac, on a Fiestaware saucer and stirred with a Fiestaware spoon.

Hope everyone is having a splendid day!

Nooks are nice! I am always looking for a place in my home to make a little nest for me. Right now, I'm thinking of putting a comfy chair in my room-- just for me!

We'll see.
I like yours and I like your quilt.
I see you have a trailer. We also have a trailer, but have lost the steam to finish it. It is naked on the inside! LOL... needs lots of TLC.

What a wonderful spot to call just your own. I'd probably sit down with my yarn and crochet hooks, but I have so many books to read I could easily sit down with a few of my favorites too. I love the cozy little spot you made with the special touches like the quilt and flowers. Thanks for joining me at Your Cozy Home Party this week!

That's my idea of a nook! Love your quilt. I have one that is practically falling apart but I still love it. So homey.
