A New Home For Pyrex

I did some estate/yard saling this past weekend with a new friend! We had a wonderful time...and scored some great deals!
We stopped by one sale where I found an old Cosco utility cart. There was no price on the cart so I asked the owner how much he would take. He said, $6. At that time I had already found myself an adorable kitty cat figurine (will post about that and other finds in another post soon). I then asked the man how much for the kitty figurine. He replied with, "a buck". I pondered for a second...
I said, "how about $5 for the kitty and the cart". He obliged.
I decided to display a few of my Pyrex pieces on my new purchase!

I think I may paint it red :)
I just realized I need more cookbooks!!!! :(

Happy Tuesday everyone! :)

Do you really need more cookboks? Just drop by for a visit and leave your email and I'll get in touch with you.

I'd rather be sure they find a good home than just download them at my neighborhood church basement :)

Don't be shy now

Love your cart and all the cute stuff on it! My mom had a cart when I was growing up and that's where she kept her coffee pot and fixings. A cart is on my wish wish list.

I have that same yellow and blue canister only mine doesn't have a lid! I love seeing duplicate items on my friends' blogs! ♥

What a deal! I love your new display of vintage kitchen goodies! That is just the perfect cart for all of this. Looks like a step back in time. How cute. The canisters are so pretty. I would like to find some! I do have the same cookbook and the Big Yellow Pyrex bowl! Those aqua Rooster fridgies are wonderful. I love rooster stuff, and to have it on pyrex.. :)
Blessings,
Susie
